[Blackjack] Two 7s vs Dealer's 7

Blackjack Strategy

Isn't stand off enough in this case?
Two 7s vs Dealer's 7

In the basic strategy of Blackjack, split is recommended.
But some players choose hit or occasionally choose stand on the pair as hand 14.

In my case, I normally split it without hesitation.
I wonder how we could win following the BS.

I conducted a Blackjack experiment to calculate the winning percentages for the three choices, split, hit and stay.
(without recording on video this time)

Results of the experiment

The following graphs show the results based on the 100 data.
Blackjack Experiment Result of split (77 vs D7)
The rate of not losing is about 1/2.

Hitting hand 14 is disadvantageous regardless of the dealer's face-up card.
Because we bust our hand at a rate of 6/13 (46%) in theory.

This choice is out of the question.

The results except for a tie

 are as follows:

Winning Percentages
Split 42%    Hit 29%     Stay 22%

The chip's fluctuation
Split -25 chips    Hit -41 chips     Stay -56 chips
(Bet amount: 1 chip every time)

To sum up, split is the most preferable choice of the three.
However, it's not advantageous to us.

Lastly, look at this graph.
3-unit win in the case of 77 vs D7
For example, after splitting, one is a doubled hand and the other is normal.
And then, if the player wins all, we call it 3-unit win.

From the graph, we should be careful when choosing split.
For instance, we don't when bet a big amount.

This video consists of some examples of the 3-unit bet (both win and loss).

The playback time is only a few minutes.

That's all.
Hope this article will be useful.
If you like, give me comments, thanks.
Good luck for your splitting.
Bye.
