Hi, there.

I'm Japanese Nokkie.

I'm enthusiastic about making a study of Blackjack & Pontoon same as usual.
Today, I'll write about why I keep this blog.

In fact, I lost lots of money in casinos before.
Probably the losses are at least 20,000 US dollars so far.
It's quite regrettable.

Reflecting on my past faults, I found why I had lost such a big amount.

First, I didn't have specific rules to play it.
For example, I sometimes hit hand 12 against Dealer's 2, sometimes stand on it.

To be honest, I didn't know how to establish the rules.
I should have memorized the basic strategy chart properly.
So I learn it by heart through an experiment.


Second, I didn't understand how much and when to bet my gaming chips.
At first, I put the minimum bet only (normally 10 dollars) each game.

Several playing hours passed, my gaming chips were gone and I had to prepare more money.
I kept on being a good player just for the house.


As a matter of course, the word 'house edge' was unfamiliar to me.
I was a stupid player at that time.


Third, I wasn't tough during gambling.
I was scared with putting a higher value gaming chip.
Also, I used to regret why I couldn't put more then.


Those are the reasons why I keep the blog about BJ.

I have one more reason.

I have seen lots of players losing their money at game tables before.
Some lost a big money easily and another wasted his/her money while drinking.
I felt really sorry in such situations.
Most of the players seemed not to play it seriously.

Now I understand why the house earns a lot.
Because there are a large number of players who lose or waste their money.
Isn't that right?

To be sure, whether to win or not depends on our luck.
I believe that's not everything.
It's necessary for us to have a better & convincing strategy, and to set up how to bet.
Besides, we should have a tough mental state, particularly during gambling.

Achieving those important things, we would make our winning probability higher.
Don't you think so?

I have a dream.

I wanna play Blackjack or Pontoon with the members who have the same values.
And then, we will beat the dealer together pleasantly.
