[Pontoon,Spanish 21] 12 vs Dealer's 6

In Pontoon BS, we should always hit hard 12.
hand 12 against Dealer's 6 in Pontoon

Konbanwa.

Good evening.

I'm a Japanese guy, Nokkie.

These days I make a study of Pontoon, because its strategy is complicated.
Today I am going to write about the following case:

A player first hand is 12 and a dealer's initial card is 6.

In this situation, stay is recommended in the basic strategy of Blackjack.
However, hit is recommended in the basic strategy of Pontoon.
They are different.

However, I saw many players choose stay without hesitation in casinos.
Since there is no 10's cards in Pontoon, we cannot expect the dealer to bust more than in Blackjack.
But I wonder that stay is still better.

That's why I decided to take a test of the case.

▼Practical Test▼

During the test, I just concentrated myself on the game.
I forgot the time.
The number of the trials is 64.
It's so many!

The liability for the result seems high.
Although the BS says we should choose hit, I have to say that stay is better.

Drawing a card of 10, we will feel bad with hand 22.
Besides, drawing a card A, 2, 3, or 4, those cards will be useless in most cases.

Then what should we do?
In my case, I will take a card when the previous card was either of 5-9.
That's just my prediction.
Have you ever seen specified cards several times in a row?

If the last card is 9, I predict another 9 will come out.
It will happen.
That's the feature of the cards.
What do you think?

That's all for today.
I'd be glad if you would give me some comments.
That motivates me to keep the blog, thanks.

Have a pleasant day.  Take care.
